Stickman Freeride is one of the most fun and challenging BMX games online, combining BMX racing and tricks, with a Stickman as your rider. You start with $1000 and a basic bike. Earn more money by finishing courses and getting a bronze, silver, or gold medal. Performing tricks on the course gets you extra money as long as you place. Use your winnings to upgrade your bike and adrenaline levels in order to perform better on the 15 courses. There are also achievement bonuses when you perform new tricks, buy complete sets of upgrades, and reach landmarks in your BMX career, like winning 15 medals or earning $25,000. Gaining achievements also wins you cash.
How to play Stickman Freeride? Your adrenaline, tires, frame, suspension, and brakes can all be upgraded, some of them multiple times. There are 2 complete bike upgrades as well. All of these upgrades will help you perform better and faster, enabling you to compete in the tougher courses. Receiving a silver or gold medal might not even be possible in some of the more difficult courses without upgrading.
It’s fairly easy to see how bike upgrades can help you. As for adrenaline, it increases as you ride through the course, and jumps up quicker when you do tricks. When adrenaline is at its highest, your speed increases. If you crash, your adrenaline level drops to zero. Upgrading adrenaline means that riding and doing tricks increases your adrenaline level faster. Once your adrenaline level peaks, you have to continue to do tricks to maintain it, or it will slowly drop back down to zero.
The great thing about Stickman Freeride is that you can continue playing for hours on end and still not feel like you’re doing the same thing over and over again. There is plenty of variation between the different courses, and always room for improvement. Physical reactions to the course environment, laws of physics, and player controls aren’t completely realistic, but they come close, especially when compared to some other online BMX games. Combining many levels and multiple objectives gives you plenty to strive for.
